Revenue management
Rates that move with demand, under rules you approve.
Dynamic pricing connected to your property system, with floors, ceilings, and a monthly review. Set up and watched by us.
The same rate all year
Most independent hotels set a high-season rate and a low-season rate and leave them. The weekend in the school holidays sells out three weeks early at a price that could have been higher. The wet Tuesday in May stays empty at a price nobody was going to pay.
Revenue management is pricing each night for the demand it actually has. Large hotels employ a person for it. Most independent properties have no one.
What we set up
- A pricing system connected to your property management system, so every rate change reaches your website and every OTA at once.
- Rules you sign off: the floor you never go under, the ceiling, how far ahead the rate starts moving, what a last-minute night is worth.
- Event and season calendars for your destination.
- Length-of-stay and minimum-night rules for the dates that sell out.
- Alerts when a rate goes out of range, so nothing goes live unseen.
What a month looks like
The system moves rates daily inside the rules. We check the sync and the anomaly log every week. Once a month we sit down with you: occupancy and rate against last year, which rules moved revenue, what to change. You keep the final say on every rule.
What we do not claim
- We use proven pricing software. We did not write our own algorithm and would not trust one we did.
- The system does not price without your rules.
- No guaranteed occupancy or rate. The numbers are yours to see each month.

Questions operators ask
Do we have to change our property management system?
No. We work with what you have and connect to it. If you have nothing yet, we choose with you.
Will the rates change without us knowing?
Inside the rules you approved, yes, daily. Outside them, never. Anything out of range waits for a person.
Does this work with the OTAs?
Yes. The rate goes to the website and every connected channel at the same time, so you are never cheaper on Booking.com than on your own site.
We are small. Is it worth it?
Usually yes, once the property has enough nights to price. For a collection of small properties the same rules and the same monthly review cover all of them, which is where it pays most.
How do you charge?
A percentage of the bookings made through us, so we only win when you win. Fixed pricing is available if you prefer it.
