Who we work with · Hotel groups and collections

One technology partner for hotel groups and collections.

Each property keeps its own website, inbox, and agent. The group gets one partner running all of them, and one report.

Three properties, three different setups

Each property was set up on its own: a different web agency, a different way of answering WhatsApp, rates set by whoever runs the place. Nothing matches, and nobody has the group's numbers in one place.

What we do for a group

  • A website per property, on one platform, so the next one launches in weeks.
  • A separate inbox and agent per property, so nothing gets mixed up between hotels.
  • Pricing rules per property, reviewed together each month.
  • Guest messages built once and adjusted per property.
  • One report with the group's numbers and each property's.

Built once, used across the group

A group tends to run its properties the same way. That makes the work reusable: the booking path, the agent, the pricing rules, and the guest messages are built for the first property and carried to the next. The second launch changes the brand, the rooms, and the local knowledge. Not much else.

Questions operators ask

Do the properties have to share a brand?

No. Each keeps its own name, site, and voice. What they share is the operation underneath.

Can you take over one property first?

Yes. Most groups start with the property that loses the most direct bookings and add the rest once the first is live.

We use different property systems at different properties.

We have seen it. We connect to each and, if you want, help you consolidate later. Nothing has to change on day one.

How do you charge?

A percentage of the bookings made through us, so we only win when you win. Fixed pricing is available if you prefer it.

Bring the list of properties and what each one runs. We come back with the order we would launch them in.
