Who we work with · Pre-opening

Technology and staff training for hotels before they open.

The website taking bookings months ahead, the guest messaging and workflows ready, and the team rehearsed on site before the first guest arrives.

Ready before the doors open

Most new hotels open with a website that went up last week, a booking engine nobody has tested, and a front desk that has never seen a confirmation message. The first guests find the gaps.

We set everything up months earlier, so bookings come in before opening and the team knows the system by the time the first guest arrives.

What we set up before opening

  • The website live and taking bookings for the opening dates, with the pre-opening offer.
  • Rates and rules set for the opening season, so the first weeks are priced on purpose.
  • The agent trained on the property before it exists: rooms, policies, the destination, what is finished and what is not.
  • Every guest workflow written and tested against a rehearsal booking.
  • Property management system, channel manager, payments, and OTA listings connected and checked end to end.

On site before opening

For an opening we come to the property and train the team in person: how bookings come in, what the agent handles, and when a guest needs a person. By opening day nobody is learning on a real guest.

What we need from you

  • A named person on your side.
  • The room list, rates, and photos as they become final.
  • Access to the systems you have chosen, or a decision meeting to choose them.
  • Two days on site in the weeks before opening.

A typical opening. Three months is comfortable, and we have done it in less. The dates move with your schedule, the order does not.

Questions operators ask

How early should we start?

Three months before opening is comfortable. One or two months works if the systems are already chosen and the photos and content are ready.

Can you help choose the property system and the rest?

Yes. We have no stake in which you pick. We choose what fits the property and connect to it.

What does the on-site part cost?

Travel and days on site are scoped separately from the running fee, once we know the property and the dates.

What if the opening date moves?

It usually does. The website and the agent keep taking bookings for the new dates, and the on-site days move with the schedule.

How do you charge?

A percentage of the bookings made through us, so we only win when you win. Fixed pricing is available if you prefer it.
